Couldnt find out the other dancers names other than Michelle Johnston, not to be confused of the actress of the same name..look her up on IMdb and Wikipaedia to see her career. (see clip of her in A Chorus Line on Utube when she was v young shes the one in green) The Mavericks Vid was shot at the Pink Motel in San Fernando Valley CA in 1999/2000 (check the venue out on the net).my guess is that all the dancers are top LA session studio dancers. Someone somewhere must know who they are!
