Pink Floyd's the best band ever, and they've left a trail of influence which shows up in bands like Dream Theater. :)
If you like Echoes, you'll probably like Eloy's album "Ocean." No one knows about Eloy, but they're really good. Try it out.

And where are the amazing bands, the bands that will be around for 100 years, the bands with people like David Gilmour nowadays? Music is going downhill
They should bring back LSD....then people would be creative again as they were back in the days!

they were not really inspired by drugs... nowadays people just dont fit anymore. i mean, pink floyd was so awesome because, even though there were differences between them, they worked together and inspired each other...

Believe you me, LSD has not gone anywhere. And LSD is not what influenced these people. Check out Spock's Beard. You'll see what I mean.
