Give the guy a break. He never tested positive but still came clean. Not saying he was right for doping but I respect the fact he owned up to it.

that sucks! d. millar is one of my favorite riders and he wouldve won that sprint cuz besides timetrialing he could sprint pretty good as well! and he knows it thats why he was super pissed!
