I think you'll find ordinary people/ women/ citizens of Persia were freer under Persian rule than any comparably sized Empire of the ancient world including Greece.
Persia abolished slavery and was the 1st Empire up until 60 years ago to pay for all labour.

It is our right to defend ourselves but we should also remain above these pieces of dog-waste and not lower ourselves to be like these peasants.
