Well not entire. The genetics are important, but also the way of growing. If a lot of sun can fall on the plant then more Cannabinoids can evolve. Is Cannabis grown close to each other they going to compeed for sunlight, resulting in high hemp stalks.
By the way Spain brought a lot of Hemp to the Caribbean. Later Indian labourers came to Jamaica. They brought Cannabis Indica seeds. The result is a clearly Sativa dominated strain, named Collie Weed. Not quite a Indica dominated strain.

hemp doesn't make you high at all. It would be really stupid and hazardous to smoke. Hemp and marijuana are cousins but if you plant a hemp plant next to a marijuana plant the hemp plan will kill all THC in marijuana plant making them both nuetral. Hemp is actually closer related to brocolli and cauliflower than marijuana. BAN BROCOLLI AND CAULIFLOWER TODAY!

not a word of how the seeds from hemp was made into a motor oil. for use in airplanes in ww2 it did not leave a smoke trail for the japanese or germans to follow as they continued firing so the pilot could not bail out. this is historic fact

well hemp refers to all of the plant, including the leaves which aren't very potent. the thing that you actually smoke is called cannabis
No, you can not get high from Hemp. There is no good reason for Hemp not to be legal again. Could be legal within a few years if more people knew what Hemp was, the history of the plant and all the uses.
