um well swallow it or crush it up and sniff it and drink plenty of water for your first time only take 1 or 2 and try not to grind ur teeth to much or it will kill the next day

I guess I do think half decent but I haven't used X like I used to in 7 going on 8 years now. SO my mind has rebuilt itself to a degree but I do have a heavy clinical diagoses of Schitzo-Affective Bi Polar Type (Mixed)but I had some of these symptoms "before" my hard use of XTC. I could be the Poster Child for what "X" can do but doesn't always do

they were not great...it wasnt a pleasent "up" it was horrid. i could see spiders walking up the walls and nothing would keep still. ive had good pills and i have taken alot more than 3 before i just think 3 is a safe bet.i would never again take rockets though..they were baaaaaad
