I'll bet most of you folks here dont remember Motown, but I do. It was and still is some of the best music around. It dont get no better than Motown.
The Tops, the Temps, the Supremes, Smokey Robinson, all good stuff.

Thankfully enough people have remembered Motown to put "What's Going On" at #6 on Rolling Stone's list of the 500 Greatest Albums of all time.

The UK is having a Motown Spectacular next year with the All Stars, Mary Wilson, etc Motown is still very big in the UK! Stevie Wonder has just re-released one of his oldies over here! I saw Diana Ross in Sheffield a couple of years ago - what professionalism! I have seen the Four Tops, The Supremes, Martha Reeves and the Vandellas, Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross and the Temptations - oh and not forgetting Gladys Knight and the Pips!
