A Texas appeals court ruled on Thursday that the state had illegally seized up to 468 children from their homes.
The children have been in foster homes scattered across Texas since early April, making their parents travel hundreds of miles to visit them.

Yes they do have religious freedom, but that doesn't mean they can break the law. Their religion doesn't exempt them from the law!

what are u on about!? The main crime that FLDS commits is being against freedom of choice.
That's just it! Forcing people into marriage and not allowing them to make up their minds is the main problem. Forget about pro-create, because no one is looking at that really. There's no point in pro-creation if the child brought to the world is gonna be living in a repressed world and abused from an early age.
