Yes, this is all true and correct. He played once in america at Otakon (the next year l'arc en ciel played there). There are a few online articles left about it, but Tofu records has pretty much collapsed so all the info they had on their site about it is now gone. This was all around 2004, so yes, your friend is very much correct. :)

I have no idea. Their entire site has been dismantled and now sits in the form of a inactive blog with minimal content. I tried to email them about it, but no one ever emailed me back. I'm thinking of emailing Sony to see if they can tell me, since tofu is owned by sony...
