Wow, very nice video. But after using it for awhile I have better definition of my lower abs and what looks like abs on my lower back. I just want to know where my "back-abs" came from and if they are a good sign.

Hi dj,
It's a simple, yet long-winded, answer. I'm trying to focus most of my discussion on my new website: TheBestWayToExercise(dot)com. Please click the link... I think you will find it quite helpful.
In the meantime, Stand Firm!!!

wen working out, one should do abs at first or last??
StandFirm(Thursday 30th of October 2008 09:31:07 AM)
Always at the end... in my opinion. Please watch my "Secrets to a 6-Pack for Abs" clip on my channel.

Last. Because when you do exercises like squat you're gonna need your abs. If they're already tired you have a problem :)

Good . But I lost over 30 lb in one month using weight loss plan from LSWEIGHT(.)INFO
Congratulations! ...you should be proud of yourself. Keep it up.
I have been running cross country for the past 2 months and my upper 4 abs that i already have are looking better than ever! but my lower abs are still covered by alittle fat, should i start doing High Intensity Cardio or realy start lower ab workouts?
