I think it's a nice tool and easy to use. My only gripe is that you can't reduce the size of a photo example: (1200x800 to 100x100)or else I'm doing something wrong...Help!

This is really nice peace of software, and for more advanced functions there is GIMP or Photoshop.

Picasa is MEDIOCRE at best. It lacks basic stuff for both newbies and experts. Its lame functionality and list of bugs is endless. Just because Google bought it doesnt make it good. They should make one from scratch, fire their 25yo-geek project managers and start hiring some vertical market pros as advisors. I don't care about their coding skills. They don't know jack about interfaces/features/functionality and this piece of junk is the proof. They left out over 50+ BASIC things (pro version?)
