A sport requires skill and/or physical fitness (as in fit for that sport). High end professional races are usually endurance races. If you've ever raced at a track, you know you got to be on your toes all the time. The only thing is that these cars are usually faster than the average and races can range from 1 hour to 1 day in length. It literally starts to cripple your legs and your entire perception becomes exhausted. Doesn't sound like much, but it sure is. That's why there's crashes.
