For faster results I do part 1 and part 2 butt workout, two times each (so 20 reps of each excercise) 3 times a week.

ye can do it till your blue in the face,it wont build glutes like weighted squats,rear lunges and other compound lifts.Oh and of course youll have to lose the fat in the trunk.
