I took part in this- we all had to synchronize our watches in the park when we met an hour earlier- then we all came separately to the station and froze at the specified time, on the second. There was no one on a loudspeaker in the station, and after it was done, we had to leave discreetly, and deny knowing what had just happened.

I was in this one- we had to synchronize our watches, and were told exactly what time to start and stop- on the second. Most people had their hands in positions so that they could see their watch- part of the reason so many people are holding food or drink. Other people just watched someone who could see their watch.
