Carnegie Mellon Professor Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals. If you were not moved by this your already dead. Randy's lesson for all of us is to follow his example. I dont think we will see the likes of this guy again for a long time. He will live on.
i've watched this video twice in the past 2 days.... i can't get over how amazing this man was. It's so inspiring to see someone tackle an illness the way he has. I've lost so many people to this awful disease, but seeing someone take a stand for life is unbelieveably refreshing. i can't get over this.. for those of you who haven't read the book, read the book, and then rewatch this video... it's a whole new experience
