You want to take Muscle-Rx before all your workouts. what is the difference if you shake n.o explode as to when u stir it? does it really matter?

i'm 15 and bench 170lbs, squat about 240 lbs
and 5'8!
should i take no-xplode? i took it today and it really helped me out in my work out and the lemon taste wasnt horrible!

I'm 14 165 lbs bench 205 squat...Not sure just had surgery on my knee and 5' 10''. I've decided the only way to find is to take it until something happens...I'm just gonna try to get as close to the recommendations as I can (ex. 120 oz of water and stopping for a month after 3 months) but hopefully it works it did for my brother in the past.
