Virtually.Madonna's publicist says Spears will make a "virtual" appearance in Madonna's upcoming Sticky&Sweet tour - but won't tell more, saying it's a 'secret.'Madonna guest starred in Spears' 2003 music video "Me Against the Music." And who can forget that kiss at the MTV Video Music Awards?Some things about Steve-O -- even sobriety won't change. The daredevil prankster says he can still perform many of the outrageous stunts that made him famous.The comments came after Steve-O appeared an an L.A. hearing - where his attorney gave a progress report on Steve-O's recovery from drug and alcohol addiction.The updates were required after the stuntman - whose real name is Stephen Glover -- pleaded guilty to cocaine possession in June. ___ ___, The Associated Press.
