I checked it just a while ago and sad to say that RF North America and Europe servers are closing down. The two parties (Codemasters and CCR of Korea) have not come to an agreement and Codemasters' license to operate RF in these areas was not renewed. For the players, their characters only have a shelf-life of 1 year according to the forums. I hope that RF-Philippines does not share the same fate.
