is it safe to bend the neck?

It is "safe" in the sense that you're not going to break your own neck if you do, but you could potentially give yourself a very stiff neck for a few days following. Also, when you get strong enough to where you can do more than 12 on each side, you can add 5 pound ankle weights to the routine. These will get you ripped abs. I'm a professional climber and you will get very strong from these.

no it wont work for some reason u have to do it on a solid surface
