I know the guy is trying to help, but why do people say SECRETS to a 6-pack? There are no secrets! Just VERY hard work, and persistence. I guess if you make 100,000 every month you could go get lip out of your abdominal region, but where is the confidence in that :P.

aim for 4-5 km each session, quite a slow pace

he's just trying to help you wanker. maybe still bitter from your childhood or something where you were the chubby kid thay got picked on? if you want abs you do the exercises and it showed them pretty easily
if you don't want to even try... then don't watch it
