cannot honestly say that you were not entertained by both.. props to both actors who at the time of filming gave what each performance needed! each film although the bones of the story are the same, are very different and each actor played the character brilliantly to the mood of the film.. i believe they are both as good as each other

i think that it was a movie and that is it will ever be is a movie for pure entertainment they both entertained me so you know what who gives a flying monkeys ass crack about who was better because in the grand scheme of things they're just actors putting on a show =) *steps off soapbox*
nartofan7843. if you knew absouletly naything at all abot the character of the joker than you'd know that he uses props all the time. he is far from heath's intrepretation of him. and your insults make you sound as if you are a child. anyhow Jack and Heath were good but it depends on your taste on joker. Heaths was done based off the way Joker was in frank millers the dark knight returns where as jacks was based off your standard joker. however in the comics his skin is bleached white

definitely NICKOLSON. His Joker is really evil and scary. Ledger's Joker is just a screwed-up dude whose mommy didn't love him enough. BTW, never liked Ledger altogether. I know it's not good to say bad things about dead people but that's the truth.

Just saw this and did not live up to the hype. A good movie though but far from being better than Keaton/Nicholson Batman. Good for Ledger but not enough screen time or humor for the character,or his last role, too dark. Nicholson was dark and humorous as the character made you wanna watch what he did next. Really did not notice when Ledger was not on-screen.Crappy ending, nothing resolved,Two Face story rushed and Tommy Lee Jones more entertaining in that role unlike F13 Jason look of Two-face.
