john lurie is the king of cool. jim jarmusch is a brilliant director that includes some great musicians. and i guess the only way to understand his movies is if youre smart.

I really have no idea how anybody can like this movie, it is too dull to mention, anyone who sees comedy in this must be looking waaaaaay to hard or be very easily satisified.

How exactly can the comedy in this movie be hard to find AND/OR easily pleasing? That's like claiming such a thing about...Arrested Development. Here's the catch for comedy of this variety: quick wit. Comedy that requires a working brain.
Also? People like things that you don't. Crazy, I know.

Not to mention finding the humor in everyday occurrences. Things we do and say like the majority of the dialogue and actions in films like this one.
