Stop telling people to count calories. It is not something that can be realistically done forever in the real world, nor is it required. Calories in/calories out always holds true, but not at the level of the mouth, its at the level of the cell. Calories are overrated and misunderstood. Just watch the carbs you eat, thats the key.
Yeah protein shakes are meal replacements... Some protein shakes have more fat calories then other so choose wisely of which shakes you consume in your daily diet... Love your Body cause its the only one you have.
E-mail me through my site and I'll send you an audio answer. Don't forget to include your question.

whats with the expresssion "Love your body" in the ending of ur vids .. it sounds so unenthusiastic.
This is good stuff, and yes I'm guilty of this. Exactly what you said, however I do lose weight. I noticed in the vid you did say if you drink the protein shake as a meal replacement, then that's a different story. That is what I do. I lift, and I have a shake after the fact for my lunch. I don't have any snakes and I weight till dinner to have a sensible meal with more protein. I figured I lost fat weight, but noticed an increase in muscle size, I must be doing something somewhat right, lol.
