The APFT allows you to slides the hands out or in at any time, never letting the hands leave the ground. Your upper arms must break the horizontal plane. Hope this helps. HOOAH!

I'm 16 years old - used to be a swimmer having normal sixpack. Stopped training(now 6 months) cause of studies. you know a good way to burn fat, and get my sixpack back in 2 weeks?
dont underestimate me btw, i used to train 6 times ea week, 2-3 hours ea time...

I'm a female and I'm wanting to build a srong back and arms and chest to compete in a fitness competition after August. These are the hardest areas for me to get definition. Do you have a comprehensive cd I can buy for max/quick results? I'm not going to work with trainer until after March.

I Wish we'd have had a fitness trainer like you in the German Army - we did lotsa push ups too and some workout with tree trunk's n stuff - but without any explanation about how u should breathe or anything like it - love ur videos please keep on uplounding great stuff like that :)
