He's still describing the mysterious persona of 'Joe Six-Pack'. Basically, Palin was glorifying a character we all understand to be dumb and useless and counter-productive in American culture, and George did a fine job of pointing that out.

I'm not American, but I find it ironic that Europeans can say anything on the matter. The same Europeans who enslaved Africans with religion as their excuse.
