i may interject with your harsh name calling bro. the word prison is no longer use in the philippines so hide the stigma and the dehumanization of prisoners once theyre lock up. they use words as redhabiliation or detntion center which technically is a prison.

Actually this is a maximum security Detention
and Rehabilitaion Center.
Note that its for INMATES not PRISONERS.
Inmates that have been convicted for major crimes, Not small crimes like vandilism.
People that do those would go to a different facility with lesser security.
This detention center is for INMATES WITH MAJOR CRIMES...not prisoners.....even listen to the guy talking....he mentions inmates.

i guess you didnt understand my comment.. I said that most americans are OK people... but USA is also home to the dumbest and most narrowminded part of earths population. so if one stumbles upon the stupidest comment ever, then that is made by an american, undoubtedly.
That statement says nothing whatsoever about a normal comment from a normal american, hence it isn't sufficient to categorize you or your comment based on my statement.
