for starters Ooglyboogly, 10 lbs isnt going to build any muscles, only endurance, and second, you have to get heavier weights if want more muscle, and third, you should be lifting something you can only do 8-12 reps of, anymorethan 12, you need a heavier weight
Holy crap man that is beyond way too many reps!!! Your max repititions should be from 12-15 reps, and you should put enough weight on so the last 2 or 3 are very difficult. Also, more weight + less reps = muscle mass, less weight + high reps = muscle tone/endurance, hope that helps a bit
