I like the way she communicates her opinion. It makes me feel as if I am listening to a friend give an opinion rather than and stuffy talking head looking down his nose at me. Using humor to communicate something does not necessarily make that issue less important. It is just another way to look at it. Also if you are making them laugh then you know they are listening. He is talking down to her and it is very rude. Good for you Rachel for holding your own. I love your show!

Rachel Maddow is a left gatekeeper. She won't cover the real news, her show is "Entertainment Tonight" for politicians.

faaarleft, how so? how does she not cover "the real news?" she offers more indepth analysis of events than pretty much anyone out there. she actually raises the bar for everyone else.

I wasn't surprised by Frum's general assclownishness. Frum doesn't seem to have an adequate grasp on reality. To him, apparently jokes are the same as death-threats.

Is anyone falling for Maddows bullcrap equivalence argument? There isnt an equivalence to what she does and a death threat which it turns out never happened. For some reason she feels it's good logic to try to equate something not being brought up apparently to distract things. There "is" an equivalence to what she does and a political supporter ranting about items that lack substance instead of issues which could be much more informative about the real character of the candidates at the time
Oh FUCK YOU, Frum. Go and write another bullshit speech for Bush about why we should invate Iraq.
Rachel, thank you for a fabulous show that is lighthearted and enjoyable, as opposed to the ridiculousness of Frum and his retard party.
