Hey, we play this in my jazz band as well. I play Guitar and I'm in 11th grade. Hey, when you guys solo, do you use a major or minor 3rd when over the I chord? (I know jazz is free,a nd it's ultimately up to me, but what do you peaoples think?)

The trumpet part isn't that hard. What about the baritone? We don't have a baritone in our jazz band. Our jazz band has only 6-7 and 8th graders. What about your jazz band?
