France is being urged by the Rwandan government to give one of their top officials a quick trial - and the chance to defend herself. Rose Kabuye is facing charges in connection with the killing of a former Rwandan president in 1994, which many believed sparked the Rwandan genocide.
Kabuye has now been charged and temporarily released. Estelle Youssouffa reports from Paris.

So because ppl are always greaty they said that if we made up to negotions its means that we can make it up to overthrow them!!and the onlyway to do that was to kill the presindent and that what they did and thats where the genocided started.
So if you are not out of your mind if people send you to investigate the starter of genocede will you go and arrest those old leaders who accepted the negotiations and when those negotions where almost in the aplications then you kill their beloved one????

In the biginnig of the war thats was 1990 FPR including ROSE KABUYE where up to make a return to their native country from Uganda but now everything was beeng arrenged by MUSEVENI now after the got a 1/4 of rwanda that was aready to convise people that they can the Gournvement of Habyarimana accepted to negotiate with them and give them what they needed witch was to come back and setle chare the power with HUTUS (majority)ppl are always greaty...
