I don't necessarily agree, but the point is to write a correct sentence. Why not try? It's actually a lot of fun.

it feels like a lot of people dont really like the germans, but politely, they dont want to say something bad, like they´re arrogant (even though some did), so they say something good, like they´re efficient^^

The stereotypes of the structured, stiff and arrogant hardworking germans don't apply to the younger people. My german grandfather even thinks they're lazy and drug addicted idiots =) (I like him nonetheless)
Notice how the people who know some germans and/or lived there all think they're nice people.
Btw, they DO have a great sense of humor
I've lived in England for a while and I loved it. It's just people have no clue what's going on outside of their island. They don't consider themselves to be part of Europe (where would England be, in Asia?), which is funny. Also it struck me how a lot of people consider all Germans to be Nazis - I often felt I was unfairly treated as someone coming to their country, learning their language and getting to know their culture.

I think that is the most interesting, simple, straight forward reply I've seen here, because I've picked up the same vibes from both British & French people about the Germans, and I'm not even German (I'm an American who lives in France). There is this historic prejudice from the older generation, but they will all be dead soon, and that part of the stereotype might disappear forever.
