Exactly! ...and isn't it true that they wanted, originately, to have Ella Fitzgerald cover it, but that the word "plebian" had to be changed, as the record company didn't think the record buying public (mainly white)would believe a black woman would know what plebian meant?
Hey, I am sure there are a couple of these messages but the lyrics you have "Told me love was true to be in" is actually "Told me love was too plebeian" (Plebeian was a Roman word for poor commoners.) But thanks for the video post, it's a great song and a great scene. :D
