I'm looking forward to the fishing in the dam and the Nogoa after the water resides and remember to always have the Bushman mozzie spray with you.

great video like MrPedagogy I learnt to sail on the dam as a boy, now from our home in Clifton my wife and I tell our children what the dam was like empty, this is just great to see, we also used to jump off the old bridge in town as well

Thanks for posting. This will be the third time in my 35 years years I have seen it flow. I have so many memories of this wall including learning to abseil. Definitely a momentous event and pivotal for the pastoral and miners not to forget the many communities that rely on the Nogoa. Thanks for posting.

looks like the spillway wall is taking a beating,glad they "over-designed" the edges to swing the rapid flow inwards and downwards. Who could have imagined it a few months ago?
