Back in 1984, Cyndi Lauper was the female pop star of the year and pryor to this Pit, Capt. Lou Albano (who had been seen in several of Cyndi Lauper's music videos), was telling the wrestling world that he was Cyndi Laupers manager. During The Pit, Lauper denied that Albano was managing her career. Albano, Piper, & Lauper got into a heated argument and the rest is history! Lauper challenged Albano in what became known as "The Brawl To Settle It All!" But it didn't end there! Events after this match later turned into "The War To Settle The Score!"

She sounds like Harley Quinn XD
Seriously, tho, this is classic. I remember seeing this when I was a kid, and I got so excited because I was a big fan of both WWF and Cyndi Lauper--having them both together on the same show was the coolest thing evar at the time.
Because WWE's HOF is a joke. Only people who aren't on Vince's shit list, and are willing to attend/speak the ceremony (Afterall they do broadcast it, and want big names for ratings) are ever inducted
I don't know if Cyndi is on good terms with WWE, but she clearly is over her wrestling phase, and would probably say no thanks to an invite to speak. Thus she won't be added anytime soon
Rose and Fridge are only in it because they were willing to attend. Rose probably chargeed for the appearance

All good points adamv2. Regarding the E's HoF. No Bruno? No credibility. The man who holds the record for the most MSG sellouts isn't named Hogan, Austin or The Rock...
his name is Bruno. He was BEYOND over in the NE.

Without Cindy Lauper there would be no WWE today for you kids. She's the one that soley put the industry into the mainstream and helped it become what it is today. I'd go as far as saying that without Lauper Pro Wrestling wouldn't even exist in the mainsteam today. So stock that in your pipe and smoke it haters!!!

If not for Cyndi Lauper and Dave Wolfe, womens wrestling in the WWF wouldnt have became as big hence her involvement in the Moolah vs Richter feud, at the time Richter was the second most popular wrestler after Hogan, apart from the fact that she played a big part in War To Settle The Score and later Wrestlemania so yes she should be in the HOF

I do not care how much a celebrity had contributed to wrestling business if they are not a wrestler then they should not get into a Wrestling Hall of Fame Bruno Sammartino even said when they inducted William Perry and Pete Rose into the hall of Fame they turned into a joke so inducting cyndi lauper which just ruin its reputation even more
