Civil discourse is the objective (I hope) in our nation's discussion/debate whether his opinion is perceived as wrong or right. If respect for other's opinions is not to be the norm then I guess it will be the beginning of the end of "civil"ization's civil conversation.

Shepard Smith also had integrity in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina. He was "on the ground" there, reporting from the Superdome as well as the other horrible place (convention center? I forget exactly what it was) where people were dying. He was TOTALLY outraged at the federal government/Bush Administration. He was very emotional and made some very strong statements. I was pretty sure Fox would fire him after that.
