indecent exposure, public nudity, urinating in public, littering, impeding the flow of traffic, resisting, public intoxication, driving while under the influence, no slow moving sign, non highway vehicle on a public road, take your pick the cop is right in what he did.

you think thats bad? i got a traffic ticket for playing with my R/C car (nitro powered) on the street. no lie. the cop said it is a motor vehicle and i am behind the wheel, and he gave me a fukken ticket. "Impeding the flow of traffic." i saved the ticket in one of my photo albums.

I would have taken that to court. Win or lose, it's on public record showing that cop has nothing to do but harass someone playing with a toy or just a plain asshole.
