HGH wil only help you put on mass if you shoot at least 10-12iu per day, stack it with heavy androgens and insulin.

Hey, ive done a fair bit of research on hgh..cant find any articles on what damage taking hgh at 19 could do?? im a bodybuilder and my hgh levels are probably fine..im 6ft and weigh about 11 1/2 stone..i dont wanna dramaticly increase my levels but increasing them slightly would give me more muscle mass more growth etc etc in theory
Hey, Yer im about the same. im 19, about 13 stone and 6'2 and im looking to burn some fat and gain muscle. Ive read that HGH is possibly the best way to build muscle ect as you dont have work out to benifit. You build muscle and loose weight doing what you normally do. I use the gym a few times a week and im not such a serious body builder but i would like to bulk up a little and maby slim down also.

not to be mean guys ,but hgh is best used for best results at 16! because thats when your hormones are at full blast which will promote further growth than if you would take it now.
