Jogging is stupid! It's a waste of time. Notice that only skinny people ever jog? That is because it is way too strenuous for most people to do. Cut out a few fatty foods, and maybe take an occasional walk. This excercise is just crap; I am glad I gave it up.
Sweating is normal. Some people sweat a lot and some people don't. Running 40 minutes is great. The more cardio you do the more weight you will lose. If your weight loss has slowed or stopped take a closer look at the amount of food you're eating.
Steve, I need to know which parts of your body walking and jogging make less fat because my arms and stomach are fine, but I want my thighs to be skinnier. Thanks if you reply ^^
Like sit ups right? Lol thanks Steve your so helpful ^^ I'm going to start tomorrow. Run for 40 minutes and do 40 sit ups everyday is my goal.

When i first started i weight about 235, now i'm at 220 pound , it wont drop and it wont gain. at first when i start i run 10 minute, now i run 40 minute and i swet like i just took a shower.
is swetting alot bad?
also how can i drop my weight to 220? or 180?
Jogging will definitely help. And remember, building muscles takes time. It won't happen over night. You certainly can do light leg press and leg curls to help tone your legs.
