Steroids?
Theres an interview with Ronnie from 1999 here, and he says he has been training for 20 years, so.... his date of birth being 1964.
He started bodybuilding at 15 years old, and only some 19 to 27 years of training, led to a Mr. Olympia title, seeing as he won it 8 times.
If he just got quick results, and had been training for a short period of time, then it would be different, but he indeed was a long time athlete.
You idiot. You obviously dont know a thing about BodyBuilding.
He already has 8 Olympia Titles. One more and he breaks the world record. Check out Ronnie back in '99 against Flex Wheeler - that was when he was in his true prime.
hey im trying to bulk up. but to do that id have to eat so much that i'd be eating everything in my house. Does anyone know if weight gainers are good for bulking up? and if so which ones?
