The way Papa Bush stopped the settlements was to stop the money we give to Israel, maybe 60 million dollars a day. He stopped the checks and the settlements stopped.
It was Bill Clinton that allowed Israel to build on occupied land.

Ha Ha! That is an understatement. Palestine has huge fresh water aquifers and some of the best farmland. Guess which part the Israeli's want to keep.
