Martin and Gina are planning to have a baby. They plan to have a lunch-time rendezvous to get things going. But a trip to the courthouse with Cole, leads to them finding out that Martin has been ignoring jury duty since 1982. Now, forced to perform his civic duty as a juror, Martin presses for a quick verdict, so he can get home to his ovulating wife.

i quess the producers didnt want to make it obvious with what was going on but later onit became very obvious.i think tisha should have at least finished the show.i mean if she didnt press charges who knows how long the show could have lasted.its alos funny how tichina and martin get along fine

yea!!..she accused him of sexually harrassing her....and i think it was season 5..the last season..she didn't do any scenes with him...im not completely sure if the situation happend @ the end of season 4 or the begining of season 5..
