The world's largest collection of Islamic art has gone on display in the Gulf state of Qatar.
The $300 million Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, the capital of Qatar, was unveiled on Saturday before Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and 1,000 dignitaries from around the world.
Al Jazeera's Dorsa Jabbari reports on the spectacular launch.

for your information, qatar's economy depends 55% on oil. And its concentrating in more non-oil projects heading to a goal where oil will represent less than 5%. And Dubai's economy depends 2% from oil.
Also the west your talking about is being weak in all sectors. Economically and militarily. I guess what is happening in america will let you know your limits.

Religion is an out-date method to arrange different peoples. Qatar is a great country, its people educated and appreciative of knoweldge. Palestine, Syria, Jordan are backwater shit holes in comparision. Don't attempt to compare the two.
