If you want to decrease the body fat on your chest you need to address your diet. Mass comes from doing the correct exercises. My e-book will detail everything for you. Go to musclemaximization(dot)com

Thanks for the advice. I'm going to check out your e-book. Thanks for being a great resource for people like myself who's trying to learn to improve my body doing exercises the right way. You're like a doctor man!

Good question Sebastian! All research points to the fact that weight lifting once you have gone through puberty will not effect the vertical growth plates in teens.I have a good beginers workout that does not involve weights in my e-book, if your interested in starting the right way . You can find it at musclemaximization(dot)com

Try doing negatives. They really build up your strength. Negatives are when you concentrate on going down very slowly with perfect form. Use your knees to get back up into the starting position. Perform about 6 to 8 reps like this and in no time you will be performing multiple reps. Also try looking into my e-book for more details on training at musclemaximization(dot)com

I really like them. I use them to pump up back stage at a contest. Really pumps up the upper body!!
