I got bad news for all you overweight people. doing routines like these shown here, only work for people aren't complete fat ass's. these exercises are meant to build muscle. but if you have a large fat deposit where your stomach used to be, muscle wont be visible. you still have to do something to burn off your excessive fat. notice the guy in the vid is skinny. so if your a "tubby" This would be pointless. My advice, STOP eating like a pig, chew your food don't just swallow it & move around
