hey i realy need ur help! im a 16 year old wrestler of a family of wrestlers... i want to put muscle on and grow but im afraid that eating 5 meals a day would put alot of fat on.. wut do u think?? rite now im 5'6, 130 lbs

The trick is to space your calories out over five meals. Don't add calories just to get more meals in.

5 meals a day with good workout & nutrition wont let u gain a lot of fact, in fact, eating more often will increase your metabolism, which means u can burn fat faster. And since you're a wrestler your workouts should be doing HEAVY weights with LOW reps to get bigger. GOOD LUCK BRO!

Eat 3 main meals so breakfast, Lunch and dinner and in between them have two small 'snacks'. So for example 7am Breakfast: High protein cereal with no sugar like rolled oats with low fat milk. 10am: Can of Tuna. 12pm Lunch: Chicken Breast Sandwich. 3pm Protein Shake 6pm Dinner: Lean Steak and vegetables. That's 5 small meals all high in protein and very low in calories. This is just an example of course, start reading more on it.

If i Do eveything perfect(like 5 meals and all that) will my body ever be in a catabolic stage?...like you for instance, when is your body in a catabolic stage? never?
