drinking off campus at a bar is less likely to turn dangerous because at least it is in a supervised arena and you can be cut off at a certain point.
Also lowering the drinking age would greatly improve the quality of music scenes.
But I think that you should be treated as an adult at eighteen and receive all of your privlidges along with responsibilities. Plus the only other countries with a 21 drinking age are muslim countries where alcohol isnt illegal.
ha! in canada the drinking age is 19 unless u go to quebec where its 18.

Great.... we'll have more border-aged drinking problems with longer exposure to alcohol before intervention. Family/ relationship break-ups. Not to mention; We have enough problems with selling alcohol to the appropriate age. We'll be raising bunch of Nation of "Trainwrecks"...
We can shave the population, too ;P
