There is such a thing as fair use which gives people the right to use copyrighted material on a limited basis as long as it's not the majority of the overall content of the piece and you're simply commenting, satirizing or elaborating on the original content.

An all together great video. I dont however agree with the copyright part as the problem is an insurmountable one. I can use my words to describe something but never get the idea across all together. A picture on the other hand is worth a thousand words.
