From Nintendo's press conference:
"Also, Sega will launch "Let's Tap" this year. This is the very first game with a brand new feel, with which you can control the Wii Remote without touching it.
As you can see, it features very unique controls."
Prope (Yuji Naka's company) are developing and SEGA publishing.
As you can see you don't need to hold the Wii remote and apparently even a penguin can play it...
