This was a flashy display and a bad sequence and I hope that viewers realize that Kung Fu is effective and not just flashdancing BS. There are hard core Kung Fu practitioners out there that deserve every Martial Artists respect because all systems came from China and Shaolin. And, To say something nice...Um... I like your flashy red suit and health oriented approach.

now, this is not a personal attack on you, but fuck up all those bitchs who say its not gonna work, mma fuck him up. how often are you gonna fight anyway? i mean sure, more seedier types might often but it nearly always over before it even starts. this is for demonstration and can be used in a fight if your ballsy or perfected it.
not an attack on you glockboxer, and i totally agree with you on your comment.
just wanted to raise bring that up.

yeah i agree, but this unless I misheard is kung fu for health, so its not meant to be 100% effective, and Chrslbrt was saying about the form, well they are katas meant to simulate a fight so you would adjust it if you were fighting, personally I think the guy in the video looks like a fairy and is probably more of a health freak than a martial artist
