when i try to do it i dont feel it in my sixpack abbs only in the back and ive tried so many different things on the gym but i think me abbs are too weak and my english is not great
the only thing thats had an effect is normal situps but it has only had effect on the upper sixpack if u understand what i mean. im not a wussy i have trained all other muscles for a long time and i can push my self into training
